The goverment policy

19/02/10

Well being an indian and to to exercise my voters right for which an id card is mandatory , i had gone to a small town called Nedungandam somewhere at Idukki district ( kerala ) . Man i had a whole day ruined out there starting from around 4 in morning .. where i had to wait for nearly 4 hours in the queue for my documents to be inspected by officer then might send me for the next round which is again the same old procedure , wasting lots of paper documents .

I have a simple question to ask the government cant they move into the age of computers than still sticking on to the age of papers , like for instance the in the transport bus stand at Trivandrum where there is ticket issued for buses , the only use is to print and type the tickets so what is actually use of a computers ?

The government can work on simple thing by asking some software companies to develop a simple software in which these officials can work on and create a form in which all these details can filled in and officials can check it based on the e-papers and reduce the stress for the individuals also .

  1. the suggestion to change all the papers filled t convert in to electronic is not possible because
the general public at present are so much techsavy and finally the sunny has to carry his identity card in the form of a paper only;and present there is no electronic identity card issued in India,
